It was an initial screening where they asked about topics that would be talked about in the next round with the hiring manager. The final interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions to assess company and culture fit.

Had an HR screening first and then the interview with the hiring manager. I think you're guaranteed to pass to the next round; my next interview was scheduled on the call. I was not prepared to get asked cybersecurity questions and I was not.

Question 1
The manger only asked me for a little intro, then why cyber and why workday. The rest of the interview was just questions by me, which went on for about 45 mins.
