Submitted application through referral. Got invited to a call with a recruiter. This wasn't an interview, they just provided me with information about that the interview process would involve, which I really appreciated. First stage call, talking through some of my background and knowledge of Object Oriented Programming. Second round, technical interview, designing a program by drawing it in UML. Final stage consisted of 3 calls. A competency based interview, a demonstration of their tech and a final technical/competency round with a senior manager talking through a project I worked on.

Zoom call with recruiter talking a little bit about my background and the position itself. It was very positive and the recruiter was great to speak to. Followed by a 1hr interview with the hiring manager which covered behavioral questions and to design a class diagram based on a set of requirements. It is then followed by 4 more rounds of interviews, one about XO language demo, another 45 minute technical round on class diagram (this time it's more in-depth and more technical, thinking about data persistence), and the rest is mostly behavioral.
