Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2023
Interview
I was a referral from at least one other employee. Overall the process felt a little rushed with multiple 30 minute calls. The initial call with HR was relaxed and casual, the sales VP as you would expect had tougher questions. The result was that they went internal but having interviewed more than once with Workday and knowing others in my (protected) age range there is a perception that they do not hire this demographic.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Pretty straight forward. You meet with members of the various teams, everyone takes an active interest in your process, they do a great job of making you feel valued.
