I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Workday in Jul 2015
Interview
The recruiter found me on linkedIn and we arranged a first get-to-know-us phone call. This mainly consisted of questions regarding OO, TDD, CI, Agile and my background. Then, there was a skype call with a technician, which mainly focused on my cv and my experience around the technologies I had used in my previous position (cases of my work, problems I solved, etc.). Next level, there was a UML technical test, were I was asked to design a real- case system using simple UML classes and associations. The interviewers helped me during the process, it was mainly designed under discussion with them. After that, I was asked to go onsite for a set interviews, where I had 1:1 interviews with 3 people, each one specified on their fields. The questions were mainly behavioral and regarding my background, the most technical part was with an Engineer, who tried to understand the depth in which I have understood the technologies I have used. People were extremely kind during all the process, and I rarely had the feeling I was interviewed, mostly I felt like I had a discussion with them.

Question 1
behavioral questions, background questions, questions about my view on OO, TDD, CI, Agile
Overall process was smooth. The HRs were professional, and quick follow-up. Recruiters were friendly too. Many openings with different roles, you are able to interview for different roles at the same time
The interviews consisted of 1 design, 2 behavioral and 1 demo of their product. The last interviewer behaved rude and raised his tone while speaking. Disappointing behavior from him. Other interviewers were ok I think

This was pre-pandemic. I had a recruiter call, followed by the hiring manager call. I didn't think it was technical. After than, I went onsite and did 4 interviews back to back. The results came after a few days.

Question 1
Since it's app dev, the interview was very easy. There wasn't really any LC style of questions, but more on class diagrams/relationships.
