I said to myself I’d never do more than 3 or 4 interviews but had 6 in total, and it was worth it. Each interviewer is a potential team member or manager and they welcome your questions about everything also. Each stage involves competency based questions so good to prepare those. There is a big focus on cultural fit. By the end of it both parties know whether it’s a good fit or not!

Pretty standard. I met with HM, Director, and panel (product, engineering). Everyone was inviting and pretty open about expectations for a new product launch. The panel is always nerve wracking as you have to go through the product launch phases, and testing product sense.
