Easy interview
Application
I applied through university. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
Requested an interview after college career fair. Had a quick interview on campus the next day. Mostly behavioral and one question about modeling object oriented concept. Less than a week later got an invitation to attend on-site. Onsite event lasted all day, 6 interviews in a row for 3.5 hours with some presentations later. All behavioral except for one one-hour long technical similar to the first one.
- UML Diagramming (Object Oriented Programming, classes, attributes, relationships) and Improving model question (how to simplify existing relationships, minimize the methods and attributes, cardinality, etc.)
- behavioral HR interview about technical experience and personal background
I first had a phone call that was mostly behavioral to talk about the company, the position, and my qualifications. I later went on-site that consisted of 5 interviews. Everyone I talked to was friendly and sincerely seemed to enjoy what they were doing there. It was a laid-back interview process for the most part.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
3 stage interview.
1. Phone interview with HR
2. Tech test - UML modelling problem. Conducted over a screen sharing application.
3. On-site with 3 separate interviewers from different teams/areas.
Overall interview process was very good compared to some others. Prompt responses and feedback from recruitment.
