Workday Senior Org Learning & Development Facilitator interview questions

Short phone interview with the recruiter. Next phone interview with Hiring Manager. Invited to an onsite interview with hiring manager and three other team members. Hiring manager was a no show for on-site interview. I waited over 40 minutes for the next interviewer, which was different than the schedule provided. Second interviewer never showed up. Both interviewers asked weird behavioral questions that were SO specific that it was difficult to relate to real life situations.
