First it was a short phone interview, then a skype interview with two different people, third, a webinar where they discuss goals and salary, and finally another phone call that was mostly to see if I had any follow up questions.

The skype interview is a role play where you pretend to call a business and talk to them about yelp ads. you do one call, they give you advice , and you try it again . they really look to see if you listen to the advice they gave you after the first call.
