Interview
Had a phone interview followed by an interview via Skype. The last round consisted of meeting the team at the office. During the whole recruitment process I felt super informed about the company and where I stood.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Jul 2018
Interview
Standard process: initial call with recruiter, on-site interview, follow up call with hiring lead. The interview took a little longer than a month. The overall experience is relatively positive, with standard processes you'd assume taken place in a large company. The recruiters were all friendly and informative, definitely a good culture. However, I was quite unimpressed in the end, when after rounds of interviews they informed me that I was over qualified and that I emphasized too much on the "recruiting" aspect in interviews when it was a recruiting "coordinator" role. Which is ironic because it completely overlooked the long term goal of candidates: that's like telling a consulting candidate he or she is unsuitable for a job because he or her is not passionate about excel. It's simply not the point.
