The interview process was just one big waste of time. Applied for a front-end position in Helsinki, went to 5 in-person interviews, 3 technical ones and two soft skills and work practices (plus the algorithmic task I was supposed to complete). It took two weeks, but only because I told them I had other offers. After this amount of I was invited to their office, waited there for about half an hour, only to be invited into the room to be given rejection. After I asked why, the HR person started mincing words, she looked physically uncomfortable, said that this is 'classified information'. Them she proceeded asking me for the feedback and as I started, she was interrupting me repeatedly, which was extremely rude. I at some point asked 'Do you want to listen or not?'. After repeatedly asking for the feedback from the interview, I received some vague 'you refused to answer some questions', 'you should know more about REST API design', etc. Later they suggested me to apply after a couple of years again or to a more 'junior' position. Very disrespectful.

I was asked to complete a codility test which was not difficult. The second round was the HR round followed by one technical round, where I have to write a code on jsfiddle. Then there was the last round which comprise of one HR and three technical round. All the rounds was fine and I was little bit stuck in the first technical round which was based on the codility test. Till the last round everything was swift but like everywhere else after the final round I got no feedback from the HRs, even after several follow ups. I feel I have wasted my time and peace. I stopped contributing to my open source project for a month because of the interview process, which I regret now.
