In that order. All interviews take place over Skype. Depending on your schedule, the whole process doesn't take much time.
This is the best interview experience I have ever had. The questions were direct, on point and are related to what you expect to do everyday on the job.
Be prepared to write code in an online text editor.
You also talk to many people, which gives you an idea of the culture and the spirit of the company and the team, which is an added bonus.
