Half an hour prep
Then 1hr interview incl 15 min intoduction and discussing case study
Very friendly and professional and structured. Very specific terms and a lot of them at Zalando what made the case study hard. The task itself was easy when experienced.
Unfourtunatelly the files send before from HR were not complete (some links didn’t work).

The scheduling was done easily and quickly. 3 rounds: HR call was a standard screening, then case study in excel and final interview with team leads. Case study is easy, more focused on how you are thinking and your analytical abilities. However it is quite overwhelming with all the kpis and data they are using. After the final round they took 2 months to send a rejection without any communication inbetween, despite follow ups. Not great candidate experience in this regard, especially after final round.
