Not much to say about the process and questions but they were quite rude. I had a referral. First, heard nothing from Zalando. After my referer found and talked to the hiring manager, a recruiter reached out to me. On the first call, he said he will progress my application forward. Then I was totally ghosted. No feedback. No reply to my several email and LinkedIn follow ups. Being a software engineer, I hacked the recruiter and sent them a Calendar invite. Surprise surprise, he actually showed up. He was really ashamed and "fake" apologized in the call. And then never got back to me again.
