I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zartis in May 2026
Interview
Over the past few years, I’ve been approached by Zartis several times. I recently decided to give them a chance and hopped on a call with their HR team. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Not only was the compensation package significantly below market rate (capping at €60k annually), but the process ended with a generic rejection email. It felt like a waste of time, and I’ve decided to move them to my 'blacklist' of companies to avoid.
No process. They just cancelled the first one being scheduled directly on their calendar within the available dates they have, without any confirmation. Later, another person from the company wrote me to apologize and schedule another date for the interview, again without confirmation, this time to just choose the hour and day without asking.
I went on the specific day and hour to the interview, and they did not even appear. So that's all.
At least they were supposed to be remote meetings.

Interview
Tee beginning of the process was promising. HR lady contacted me and described the project details of the client they cooperate for some time. As a next step I passed tech interview and received positive feedback. After that the situation began becoming worse and worse.
Firstly, they informed me about already closed position, where I was passing the interview process.
Secondly, they proposed less interesting project with less wage fork range as an alternative way. I have accepted it and passed another one interview with account manager. After that they started feeding me with false promises regarding waiting of feedback from that client, who continuously asked for extra time to review my CV without clear explanations. This state took up to 2-3 weeks and I've managed to get job offers from other companies, who reacted much faster than Zartis with their clients...
