They move fast!
It took only a week from the initial phone screening to receiving an informal offer. I applied via SEEK and got phone screened by the recruiter, followed by a back-to-back phone screening session with the technical hiring manager and a staff engineer. The session with the hiring manager was sort of behavioural and the session with the staff engineer was technical.
I was then invited onsite for a series of interviews which went really smooth. A total of 4 sessions that went for 4 hours. A mix of behavioural and mostly technical, the folks I met with were extremely professional and super cool. I also learnt a few things in one of the sessions with the dev lead where I was pair-programming. The tech questions were more geared towards building systems at scale and about Linux internals.

Interview
nice and smooth, more on behavioral side. Talent team member was polite and nice to talk to. I was offered to move to the next stage at the end of a call. Overall nice experience
