They move fast! It took only a week from the initial phone screening to receiving an informal offer. I applied via SEEK and got phone screened by the recruiter, followed by a back-to-back phone screening session with the technical hiring manager and a staff engineer. The session with the hiring manager was sort of behavioural and the session with the staff engineer was technical. I was then invited onsite for a series of interviews which went really smooth. A total of 4 sessions that went for 4 hours. A mix of behavioural and mostly technical, the folks I met with were extremely professional and super cool. I also learnt a few things in one of the sessions with the dev lead where I was pair-programming. The tech questions were more geared towards building systems at scale and about Linux internals.
