I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zendesk (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
It took several weeks to find availability with HR for the first screening. The posting did not indicate travel and it indicated a 80/20 split for compensation. HR did nothing to highlight the company or role but said that there is now a 25% travel requirement and it had changed to a 70/30 split. HR said she would be in touch within a few days to schedule the manager interview, but never received any direct response or an interview. Received a generic email later saying the posting was filled.

Interview
Long process, from initial screening to Panel presentation, I had the chance to talk to key members of the team and leadership. Presented onsite in front of a Panel in a role play mode
