I recently interviewed with Zillow and was excited about the opportunity. The initial interview went well, and I was hopeful for the next steps. Unfortunately, after that first interview, I received no further communication. Despite following up, I was completely ghosted. I understand that hiring processes can take time, but leaving candidates without any feedback or closure is unprofessional. A simple update, even if it's a rejection, would have been appreciated. I hope Zillow improves their communication with candidates in the future, as this experience left a negative impression.
