Overall, my interview process went well with Zuora, though the backend of my experience was worse than the beginning. The interview process started off as many normally do, applied through the external website and was contacted by a recruiter within a day or two. I believe it helped that I also leveraged a friend as a referral for the speedy contact. Scheduled an initial call with the recruiter and then subsequently with the hiring manager. Those went well enough that I was invited on-site to meet and interview with the team. While waiting for feedback/ next steps, another recruiter (within Zuora) hiring for another opportunity reached out to gauge my interest. Followed similar process, call with recruiter and then with hiring manager. After this last call was when my experience turned sour. Both recruiters went radio silent. After about a month (from the initial on-site) was when the first recruiter got back to me and confirmed my suspicions. I have yet to hear back from the second recruiter, even after numerous attempts to obtain feedback. Oh well, this just seems par for the course now because I have read other reviews where they experienced the same treatment.

It was a fairly tight process with several interviews, including the CEO, Mr Tzuo. I met employees at several levels of the organization. People were definitely open about the pros and cons of working there. The recruiters were helpful and stayed in touch throughout the process. End of the day, no complaints.
