I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zuora (Foster City, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was called by a recruiter and I was scheduled 2 phone screens back to back. Interview was fine, my interviewer was very knowledgable and friendly. I was later invited for an onsite interview which took about 3 hours. It was less of an interview and more of a conversation with the engineers I would be working with. Everyone was really accommodating.
Pretty chill. I got an email asking to do an interview and I talked to the entire team that I was working with. I asked the questions and waited a week or two. Got the position and that’s it.
Interview with manager; interview with potential colleague; technical interview. Then they sent me an automated robot email informing me I was rejected. After 4 personal video interviews, you can't reply as a real human being to let me know? What a lack of regard for your candidates.

Interview
There are 3 rounds of skype interviews followed by an in-person interview at the office. The whole process took about 3 to 4 weeks. I spoke with one manager, then another and then members of the team.
