Interview
After doing a phone interview and 2 interviews in person with a presentation, I never heard back from them. I found their HR to be quite unprofessional and after emailing them to request some feedback from the final interview, the person I was dealing with kept postponing the decision 1 week, after asking her once a week for a month I gave up. It was obvious I didn't get the job after a week passed but I thought the least they can do is tell me no and give me some type of feedback? Baffled by their HR team!

Interview
Initial screening call with HR, then a call with the hiring manager. The 3rd round was an in person presentation with the hiring manager and two members of the team. I never heard from HR after the final interview even after following up numerous times. I took a half days annual leave to be there in person and they didn’t have the decency to even send an automated email. Overall unhappy with the experience.

Il processo di selezione si è svolto secondo le aspettative: inizialmente ho sostenuto un primo screening con le risorse umane, seguito da due colloqui, ciascuno della durata di un'ora, con i manager. Il problema grosso è che alla fine di tutti i colloqui, passati 2 mesi non sapevano ancora dirmi se il feedback era positivo o negativo. Non ho mai ricevuto feedback finale nonostante li abbia contattati molte volte.

I had a good interview experience! Even though it took longer than normal due to Covid, I had regular communication from the dunnhumby team to let me know that they hadn't forgotten about me and to plan out next steps.
