Job Description
In this role, you will support Global Advisory teams across industry, functional, and technology domains, gaining hands-on exposure to consulting engagements and business transformation initiatives. You will work alongside consultants and project teams to conduct research, develop insights, and contribute to client deliverables in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

Support Global Advisory Partners with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups

Assist in conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices
-
Contribute to client engagements by supporting analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and documenting findings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across industry, technology, data, and AI advisory initiatives

Support business development efforts through creation of case studies, presentations, and proposal materials

Develop and enhance client-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and business insights

Assist in project tracking activities, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and reporting

Apply consulting methodologies to support delivery of project workstreams and ensure quality outputs

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in either of the following disciplines: Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
