Role Purpose
This role requires hands-on development expertise, proven leadership capability, along with a strong customer and product focus and commercial awareness. You will be a self-starter, with a can do attitude who has experience making technical decisions that drive projects and raise the bar.
As the senior manager in the Glasgow office, the role will provide oversight and support to the wider local team, fostering a culture of collaboration and acting as the key liaison between the Glasgow office and the wider business.
