Vicky's statement on joining Core Prescribing Solutions: “I am thrilled to embark on a new and exciting journey at Core Prescribing Solutions! As Co-Head of Training and Development, I am eager to contribute to the organisation’s commitment towards clinical excellence and elevating patient outcomes for the communities we serve. My background in community, primary care leadership, and digital health equips me with the experience and skillsets to excel in the development of our services, clinical supervision, clinical governance, and training at scale. I found out a difficult patient I cared for died. This person told me a week after I met them they wished I die. No, I didn’t abuse this person. I tried everything within my job description and outside to help them. The patient was unhappy with the primary caregivers in their family and I the punching bag.

I am kind of surprised that I am not able to get a minute clinic or Walmart health sick appointment for today… the first one I got was 15 miles from my house… this is crazy!! Is it due to short staffing or just the season… never had this happen before!!

I was working Registry at a SNF and I was appalled I was asked to use one of the workers logins to document meals, ADLs etc. isn’t this a breach of security and falsifying reports? Not only that but since we switched assignments mid shift, the three people I headed and changed were not accounted for. I had to start over with 11 completely new patients, only to be refused my own user login. They tried to force me to use someone else’s, which again, is a security breech and falsifi of reports.
