    Could do better with modernising systems/processes (esp. payroll)

    Advice to Management

    Consider more investment in technology and improvements in current equipment - costly perhaps, but will pay dividends in efficiency, productivity and staff satisfaction

    Interview

    Very unprofessional, had to wait for them to bring up the questions and print. Very dismissive before I had even spoke. Sat with their back to me staring at computer screen, even before typing up my answers.
