    I applied online. I interviewed at Creative Support (United Kingdom)

    Interview

    I had told them on the interview call and via email of my notice period but acted shocked when I reminded them of this. Felt like they had not prepared prior to the interview.
    Two staff interviewing while the manager inputted questions. Then an hour to do an excel task and a design task.
    The manager was quite abrupt and critical of answers, did not present a great environment to work in.
    Had to come into a face to face interview despite pandemic- felt like it could have easily been done on Zoom.

We do this by working with the people we support, their families and partner agencies to deliver innovative, high quality services that meet individual needs and aspirations.
