I have been working at Creative Support full-time

    Pros

Many staff try their best to support for an organisation that doesn’t value younger workers.

    Cons

Autocratic CEO with Luddite approach. CEO Anna Lunts hides behind legislation to ensure young staff (18-25) are paid barely above designated minimum wage, despite in may instances the staff being more experienced than those over 25 years of age and doing same job; this is not reflected in what the organisation charges as hourly rate to local authority. How morally bankrupt does a person have to be to allow this to happen hiding behind legislation to justify it? if you are a young worker looking to social care as a career avoid this organisation. Organisation is in a timewarp from the 80’s with so much paper work, 1000’s of timesheets a week sent up to Head office only for many to go awol and payroll mess up wages. Board of trustees are failing service users by allowing an autocratic, bullying, and morally bankrupt CEO to manage organisation with what appears to be no scrutiny on her actions whatsoever (not to mention taxi bills!)
