    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Incyte (Chadds Ford, PA (US)) in July 2017.

    Interview

Went through 3rd party recruiting agency. Mistake was that this recruitment agency didn't have an exclusive role for recruiting the position. Agency was excellent at preparing me for the role however client was still collecting resumes internally as well as from their own website. Unless external recruitments solely recruit for a position, not worth it. Employers have to pay 20% finders fee plus your salary. Too high a charge.
Interview was first over the phone and then a full day at the facility. After speaking with 6 key managers, same question came up - how do you handle conflict. Clearly, there are issues happening internally. Additionally one of my interviewes outright told me management was a huge problem that is getting resolved now. Yikes! Lastly, they seeems quite lost, especially in IT, making some poor choices so far; extremely expensive mistakes that have really no recourse. That's going to be a big job for one person.
After spending 2 months waiting for the interview process and all day onsite with 6-7 people, no feedback was given.
Looking for a culture fit instead of skills fit. All with big pharma backgrounds.
