Mission: Moogsoft AIOps' real-time machine learning algorithms reduce operational noise and allow operators to proactively detect and remediate issues that impact their customers' experience.
The relevance of AIOps is amplified as enterprise IT organizations increasingly undertake cloud migration, moving closer to full digital transformation.
From IT industry observer to industry insider, Will Cappelli recounts his journey in defining the AIOps space. Now, he’s focused on changing the world.
In a complex world, simplification is key to achieving more. We build human-centered technology that helps people and machines work together to find clarity in choas and accelerate innovation.
Moogsoft develops AIOps technology that helps enterprise IT Ops and DevOps teams become faster, smarter and more effective. Moogsoft AIOps’ real-time machine learning algorithms help teams remediate issues that impact their customers’ experience by:
• Reducing operational noise (alert fatigue) across your production stack
• Proactively detecting Incidents and correlating Events across your monitoring ecosystem
• Streamlining collaboration and workflow across teams and toolsets

The Betsy's is Moogsoft's women in technology group that meets monthly to discuss any and all topics relevant to women in the workplace. It is a time to discuss important topics that affect women in technology, celebrate our accomplishments, as well as empower each other to break through gender barriers in our chosen careers.
[Some of] The Betsy's at Moogsoft 2017 AIOps Symposium
We invite guest speakers, like Tammi Kroll (CTO, Gravity Payments), to talk about their experiences breaking into the world of technology and obstacles they tackled throughout their careers. We watch and debrief on important documentaries, such as Code: Debugging the Gender Gap, that highlight the importance of having women in technology and discuss reasons for the gender gap. We also host and attend Women in Technology networking events to expand our discussions externally and gain further insight about this incredibly important topic.
"Be Good at Life - An Informational Networking Series" Hosted at Moogsoft HQ
We truly believe that when women help one another, amazing things can happen. Come join The Betsy’s and be part of the conversation!

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Moogsoft (Kingston upon Thames, England) in October 2017.
The interview process was one of the best. It was a 3 stage process.
A telephone interview with a senior engineer, I was asked about my experience with Java and programming in general, some brief questions about what I covered at uni, my dissertation and what I knew about the company.
The second stage consisted of a programming exercise in Java and if they like your solution they invite you to a face-to-face.
The face-to-face lasted about 1 hour and was a fairly pleasant experience. We discussed my solution and how I could improve it alongside some technical questions on Java.
