We wouldn’t be where we are now without our committed team who have been breaking boundaries in the online world since the brand first launched onto the scene. This is why we are constantly on the lookout for talented individuals who love what they do and are passionate about making the next big thing happen. Our brand ethos is all about innovation and creation therefore we love to hear from people who share that vision

GEMMA DUNNE – BUYING MANAGER
I have been working at PrettyLittleThing.com full-time (More than a year)
The benefits, the people and the buzz in the office!! The infectious nature of the passion, happiness and friendliness of the place! The career support and development has been amazing. I really value the approach to health and wellbeing and the support around this. The yoga and gym classes really help me to stay focused on work!
Long working hours and lack of flexibility.
Advice to Management
Allow more flexibility to enhance work life balance for your hard working staff :)
I applied online. I interviewed at PrettyLittleThing.com (Manchester, England) in March 2019.
Assessed on a quick test and then have a private interview with 2 employees. Very informal and be prepared on your past experience. Overall vibe was calm and chilled. I would recommend wearing pretty little thing clothing to interview.
