      Pros

      People are lovely Company invests a lot in social events, surprises you with treats every once in a while, there’s a dedicated culture person Option to buy shares (not that they’re doing well but still, not common otherwise) Pay was decent for the job role Busy enough but workload not unmanageable

      Cons

      Lot of decisions decided at the top - don’t get fed back to the bottom Work can be repetitive Promotions / Progression minimal

      Pros

      They respond quickly to address any concerns or issues. They send out information emails to stay on top of tasks, look out for anything , and to explain any mishaps as well as solutions they will follow.

      Cons

      $150 per month only so this could be geared to college students or people interested in a side job. You must follow instructions correctly or you may not be in the contract once the month is over-you can reapply but it’s unclear if you’ll be selected again.
