Pros

- Great processes around CPQ, if that is your specialty you will do well here.

Cons

- Lack of diversity. The employees at this company are almost entirely white and indian men. Very few other people of color represented and very few women, even fewer on the leadership team. - Groupthink culture where feedback is not solicited and ideas that come from anyone below leadership level are ignored or rejected - Intentionally flat structure and autonomous culture without any consideration of personal and professional development - 12 days of PTO for every employee without sick days, personal days, bereavement, etc. and they are not open to negotiation on this - No professional development planning or goals Also, if you are a job-seeker, know that at least a few of the reviews on this glassdoor page are from leadership, and you can (& should) do a quick LinkedIn search of A5 employees/locations/job functions to verify that.

Pros

flexible work environment, with mostly remote work. dedicated and incredibly smart team that is always willing to help each other out. altogether an excellent place with an excellent team.

Cons

most cons are really related to consulting in general. it's hard to work with difficult customers and it can be hard to know who would be difficult until there's already a contract in place. plus sometimes time sensitive emergencies pop up that require work during non standard times, but that's pretty rare. last piece is it can be tough coordinating with countries like China and India when trying to get a multi country project due to time zones, but it's unavoidable.

Very Bad Organisation

Pros

1. Different different office locations, which keeps on changing any time so you get varying views from desk. 2. Your job role will keeps on changing so you never get over confident about what you work. 3. After contributing some money, you get a yuckkk flavored cake piece in the name of birthday celebrations. 4. They spent a lot on marketing, so that new joiners can be easily attracted.

Cons

1. No proper policies , no ethics. 2. Bad Work culture. 3. Only favorites are allowed to take work from home and have flexible timings. 4. No good technical heads to discuss any technical issue or review anything. 5. You will be forced to update your personal social accounts with their marketing post. 6. No acknowledgement of resources, all they want is to earn more and more money by tagging you in atleast 5 project. 7. No salary day here, because salary will come whenever and however they want. 8. Work life balance is the worst. 9. No accounts, laptops or any other department , so for every query you need to approach hr, who obviously is clueless and have no updates.
