Pros

Discount card after initial 12 week training, plus other discounts on certain holidays increased to 25% on certain holidays such as Christmas etc Overtime if you want it. Fantastic pay rates, min wage, but there's always scope to earn more in other departments. Fantastic training, and on going training, and an emphasis on education and promotion. Different contracts to suit your circumstance. Other benefits including, bonus scheme, share save, health care, and a competitive pension. A fantastic team to work with. Give you plenty of

Cons

Sometimes it's better to speculate than accumulate, hire more staff, sometimes we are working on a skeleton staff some nights. More huddles would be good. Sometimes there's not enough equipment to work with, such as trolleys, flat beds etc perhaps order more?

Pros

Outdoors away from The management and Miserable transport office colleagues

Cons

Runs are fixed if you look Young and willing you will get stitched with the biggest loads , no breaks as you will be racing against time to finish a 4 hour shift is worse than the 6.5 hour as ASDA compact the smaller runs with the same amount of drops as 6-8 hour
