Pros
It was a good place to work for a while there, but changed a lot when new management came in late 2023. There were times when I felt like previous management really listened and changed things through employee surveys. The sample sales are decent. Some work from home days which is flexible.
Cons
The new management is removing parts of the job that are enjoyable in favour of getting work done quicker, (freelancing out more creative work) Potential unconscious bias from some staff and management that seem to favour certain personality types. The discount is only slightly better than the Linen Lovers loyalty program, and sometimes Linen Lovers had a better discount than staff, so most people end up buying the $20 linen lovers membership anyway.
