Remote work is the only positive for employees. And, it's the reason why company is sinking. If your plan is to join a remote company and chill out, you can join. I hear, Security business is still good.
Cons
You'll meet the worst middle management here. Very low pay and slow growth. Do not put efforts beyond your comfort zone as they are totally neglected, not even acknowledged. Forget hikes. If you have ambitions, do not join. You'll be brought down.
