I worked at Alnylam full-time
Pros
Fast growing, great science, work culture is go go go
Cons
Leadership and some managers are not capable of keeping up with fast pace, lower level are working hard to complete deadlines. No support from manager. Some team members are unethically and judging which is not needed in such a fast growing company. Employees on lower levels aren’t always given the chance to climb the ladder on the other hand employees have 2 to 3 positions and just get dumped on the end.
