Salary, is an incentive however its comes from owners, not those corrupted managers onsite

Cons

Management make you work twice or 3 times as hard as they show to external auditors. They HIDE part of volume behind pallete and show only minium stock handled to show its safe. Normally its exploitation and unsafe work

Incredibly flexible, overtime is almost always available and paid well. Excellent benefits offered throughout the year.

Cons

Huge focus on customer reviews - an end of call or chat survey is usually the way to get this. 95% satisfaction required as a minimum to continue unbothered in your position. No real opportunity for growth for at least 2-3 years. Oftentimes long hours, my shifts were typically 10-12 hours.
