Pros

Hybrid working is the only pro.

Cons

Senior team have been there a while and stick together keeping things very hush between them. Senior team not willing to give their time and effort to help newer team members to learn their role sufficiently. Seniors expect team to work long hours and no consideration for staffs other commitments/responsibilities.
