The worst "management" you could possibly have in Customer Service environment.
Pros
Very nice offices, great company history, good products. Nice benefits, opportunity for courses. The team was lovely, the work itself was interesting and versatile. It gives you a good name on the CV
Cons
If you think about applying here and there as a customer service rep and there are CS managers that go back to 2011 or longer, run! As fast as you can, in the opposite direction. Management team: One is worse than the other, they are too full of themselves and they will not do your career any favors. From a team of 8 people, 6 people handed in their notice within a week - that is clear feedback to the management, but was completely ignored and covered up. No progression opportunities-they admitted they made a mistake in the past when promoting two unprofessional, young, inexperienced team members and as a solution, people do not progress anymore. I am strictly speaking about Customer Services. There is a lot of work and a lot of pressure. If you are one of the top performers, you can expect a pay rise of approx. 2% only.
