Pros
They took care of business - called me about an opening at client, kept in touch via phone/eMail and I wound up with a contract to perm offer. Two things I appreciated: 1) Before interview they sent me LinkedIn contact info 2) After offer didn't make me drive to Topsfield to sign paperwork
Cons
No benefits except legally required sick leave. As contractor benefits are typically minimal (on one contract 1 wk vacation/yr, on another contract bonus for half-a year worked) but there are none.
