Inconsistent Management, No Recognition, Bad Work Environment

Pros

Opportunity to grow and develop. Good hours. Some good coworkers. Employees generally want to do a good job.

Cons

Lack of proper management. Management and office staff play the blame game instead of fixing problems. Constantly changing direction due to upper management. No accountability for poor employees. Unprofessional behavior from management in front of employees and unprofessional behavior tolerated from employees. No transparency. Expecting things to change without putting in the effort to make them change is the mindset. Promoting employees who know things instead of employees who make good leaders.

Pros

Hours are mandatory 40 hours a week all year round. Half the year is mandatory 50 hours a week. If you’re willing there is always overtime so at times you could work 60-70 hours a week. Fellow employees are great!

Cons

Weekly hours are mandatory. The supervision suck in so many ways. Most of them have never done any of the physical work it takes to make the trailers. If they don’t like you from the start you’re headed out the door real soon. 2 ten minutes breaks and a 30 minute lunch all day. You hardly have time to pee. They don’t stop the line for anyone only when they realize their mistakes. One day it’s all about perfection next day it’s all about quantity. They r never happy. Once you show them you can do a certain amount they demand more. 75% of the employees cannot perform without some sort of illegal substance in their bodies. Supervision is the supplier of the substances. Most of them are under the influence too. Believe me i know this first hand. Once you’re there for a long while you dibble and dabble to keep up then get hooked then you’re stuck there. Pay completely sucks!! To get a raise You better be doing something (one) right. Just a trashy place to work.
