Pros

The good thing is Flexible hours.

Cons

1. Terrible Management 2. No respect or remorse of employees 3. Human Resources is corrupted not mutual at all. Does not matter situation. 4. No Teamwork can’t talk to your colleagues 5. Supervisors care for themselves not there team. And worry with management. 6.Training on your own basically since can’t ask questions only supervisor if they are available. 7.Productivity/QA is high expectations it’s called perfectionist which is impossible and want to work like robots and to maintain productivity work before or after hours which is terrible wrong. 8. Favoritism 9. Brought it up to upper management regarding issues. Don’t even response.

supervisors play favorites managers don't care about their job punished for things out of my control coworkers gossiping like it's high school

Pros

-Hybrid work schedule - 4 days/week -benefits

Cons

-Micromanage specialist mostly from the management-Specific supervisor(s) in San Francisco. -Demanding work / exhaustive- required to process up to 100 strips/hr. -Mandatory overtime imposed almost 8-10 hours/week for most of the time. -Management does not care / look at how some of the Supervisors treat their EKG processing Techs.(The Tech. is literally at the mercy of the some ugly SUPERVISORs)

Pros

401k stocks , fto and one general floating holiday some benefits not great but ‘ok’

Cons

Poor lack of supervisor leadership, micro management around the clock when in office , favoritism not much room to move up , more work same pay , raises are cringe at most you will get $0.50 to $1.00 if your evaluation is scored as surpassing expectations, supervisors will throw you under the bus very fast to cover them selfs. They promote people they hang with.

easy work when supervisors aren't micromanaging

Cons

micromanaging supervisors, coworkers take your work and supervisors don't do anything about it, people come and go all the time

My supervisors were amazing and very helpful.

Cons

Other than my supervisors, upper management was a joke. Their expectations were unrealistic. Our department had to fix every other departments issues. They never listened to our concerns or ideas to help improve the company and bring them in more money...strange isn't it?

Pros

- Hybrid office schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) - Would provide WFH equipment (i.e. Laptop) - Team setting within department amongst colleagues (everyone always willing to help each other out) - There is room for growth within the company if you're willing to cross-train - Since Philips acquired BioTel, you get better benefits especially PTO days

Cons

- If your supervisor doesn't like you, they will quietly force you out until you quit. - Paid Holidays turned into mandatory work days unless you requested off in advance. - If you want to move departments, you have participate in round interviews, and even then you will not be able to transfer departments.
