      Cons

      While the company does offer great opportunities for growth and knowledge, the overall experience is overshadowed by a toxic work culture. Managers and bosses often display double standards and favoritism, making it difficult to feel motivated or genuinely appreciated unless you are among their personal favorites. There is little respect for personal boundaries, and the lack of work-life balance makes the environment even more stressful. Although the professional development can be valuable, it may not be worth the mental and emotional toll.

      - Strong team culture among junior employees, but this might not be good for the management team because it's an "us vs. the bosses" kind of dynamic - Pay is slightly above industry norms

      Cons

      The directors (co-founders) have a tendency to be disorganised. This leads to people pulling long hours because there's a lot of work to do, and they also need to fix mistakes caused by frequent changes in decisions. In addition, some of the claims made by this company to their customers are actually still "in the works." Some employees are okay with this because "every company does the same thing" but others are not.

      Company has a great mission and good products to make you feel like you're making a social impact in your country. If you like to wear multiple hats and juggling tasks that are not within your paygrade or job description, this company is for you.

      Cons

      Company has questionable ethics when it comes to treating their employees. Really high turnover rate due to high pressure and lack of work life balance.
