Pros
Very little - there was a fake sense of comradery, but it was for show to get more money out of the schools
Cons
Horrible management staff, never took accountability with awful project management and time management skills.

The job is extremely easy and you get to work with kids.
Cons
A lot of the job is based on pseudoscience and the methods of making income isn’t sustainable. I’m not sure how long they’ll be able to maintain this business model realistically. They also don’t offer bilingual pay despite mostly working in Spanish speaking schools and have had trouble paying employees on time in the past.
