      - Not the best health insurance based on employee cost - HR very company vs employee focused - Most IT new hiring is straight out of college - Politics and visibility still matters more than contribution and skill re promotions -- Work/Life balance depends more on your manager (not equitable across teams) - workaholics often rewarded (even if not efficient workers)
