      Pros

      Job so good, it makes you work nights and weekends. MDs from big 4, micromanagement, low pay, long hours, absolutely loving this NY office. Oh snacks and coffee

      Ah, downside? the culture here is just too good for people to handle so they leave. Bunch of wussies.

      Minimal to no pros for working within the Orange County office.

      Cons

      Will work with some of the most pompous and arrogant people. Avoid this place at all costs. Will be sold on a completely fake work environment / culture that just simply doesn’t exist. Good luck on expecting not to have to work overtime when you’re receiving emails at all hours of the day. Expectation will be to complete tasks within an unreasonable timeframe.

      Pros

      Hires smart people at company (and then they leave).

      Cons

      Women with ideas not welcome. Partners do not want to hear from subordinates, prefer to do things the same way over and over. Culture good for just a few, not the majority, I find many employees cruel. Very high turnover.
