      Pros

      I don't see how I can have anything nice to say about a company that fired me for taking family medical leave because of my complicated pregnancy.

      Cons

      This company covers up blatant discrimination. How can you call a mother that just had a baby three weeks after giving birth to tell her she has no job to return to? I have always had great performance reviews. Nothing less that "consistently exceeds expectations." How do you replace someone who performs? I'll tell you, discrimination!
