      Work life balance; sales of product is good...job is secure;

      Cons

      no salary increments as committed; no serious in solving employees issues when it is very simple to solve and is under there control.

      Pros

      Their office at Henderson was within walking distance to my actual employer so even though I have to submit claims with physical papers it wasn't that much of a hassle. HR support was sufficiently prompt and salary was typically on time.

      Cons

      Physical submission of travel and medical claims could be replaced with electronic versions. Indirect contract staff are staff too, it would help boost morale with more fringe benefits.
