      Pros

      - Young and energetic team - Good interpersonal relationship between employees

      Cons

      - Poor management (no strategic planning, no budget forecast) - Poor package (7-day annual leave with 6-day compulsory special day, no bonus) - Broken promises (delayed salary increment and promotion, unpaid commissions, etc.) - Unethical behaviour (racism, pirate software, late payment to suppliers, etc.)

      Great pay, terrible culture

      Pros

      There were some brilliant people here. The pay was really great. The systems and processes, on paper, were clear and made sense.

      Cons

      The benefits were terrible. The culture, primarily coming from the executive director, was absolutely toxic. Employees were not valued and there was no belief in the worth or professional nature of educators.

      The team was generally supportive and open to ideas for lesson plans. The students were easy to engage and highly motivated.

      Cons

      Saturdays were longer work days.
