Pros
More established company with solid revenue for a start up. Managers and scientists are paid (relatively) equally so that managers are only managing because they like that type of work, rather than trying to climb the corporate ladder. Has a clear model for their work.
Cons
Could be better at fostering workplace community especially with new hires.

Flexible remote arrangement, decent starting salary, many employees are mission- and value-driven
Cons
Leadership cares more about the bottom-line than the impact of the work itself, lack of transparency with regard to company growth and health, unprofessional approaches to layoffs, forced use of AI in daily workflow despite the known risks, exceptionally high work load throughout the year with poor work-life balance, ineffective work delegation structure, poor communication between company leadership and employees, dishonest with regard to the environmental impacts of established work-flows.
