Some good people although they are few and far between and tend to leave.

Very hostile gossip churning work environment where you are most certainly just a number and the managers only have loyalty to themselves and there next raise/keeping there job.
Best interview in my experience, some good GI training at time.
Cons
Experience extremely adversely affected by the behaviour of the regional director, in Harrogate. Speaking to many people that have worked within CGL it seems to be a recurring theme.
